October 04th, 2021.

 

We had lots of fun singing both the “10 apples on my head” song and the ABCs. We also concentrated pronouncing both the letter L and R correctly and understanding the difference between them. It was a little tricky at first, but everyone was able to tell the difference. 
Mr. Thales continued the main part of the teaching in the theme of pretend-restaurant. Everyone looked engaged and excited to know what would be in the menu this time! 😋 The children showed curiosity in knowing what the famous American mac’n’cheese is about.

Today’s vocabulary:  hot dog, waffles, mac’n’cheese, nachos, pie.

 

「頭に１０個のリンゴ」という歌とABCの歌を子どもたちは大好きで楽しく歌っています。

今日は、LとRの発音の違いを理解しながら練習しました。

最初は少し難しい様子でしたが、みんな違いがわかり、正しく発音できるようになりました。

そのあとはレストランごっこの続きです。アメリカンなメニューにみんな大興奮です！

子ども達は、アメリカで有名なマカロニチーズに興味津々！

どんな食べ物かタレス先生に詳しく聞く様子が見られました。
