The last English Play for Nencho was a special one ✨ This month has been all about the playground and games to play there so why not go to the playground? Everybody was super excited; from the moment they lined up they couldn’t stop bouncing.

Warmup freeze was just the ticket to get everyone focused and ready to play. Going from stretching high, to marching in place, hopping, wiggling all the while listening for “freeze!” is fun for all. Then it was time for Mission Games. Three groups each had a mission. Some of the missions were “touch something red🔴” or “touch something you climb🧗”

Next was the big game: Relay Mission. Three groups raced to complete the course. Run to the sandbox and jump; swing on the swings three times; climb the stairs and go down the small slide; swing on the bars; run to the finish line.  There was so much excitement, everyone cheered for their friends, and it was amazing to see how much Nencho have learned. What an amazing day to finish our English Play.

年長さんにとって、最後の英語あそびは特別な一日になりました✨ 今月のテーマは「遊具」と「公園で遊ぶゲーム」。それなら実際に公園で遊ぼう！ということで、みんなで園庭へ行きました。並ぶときからワクワクが止まらず、みんなぴょんぴょん跳ねていました。

まずはウォームアップの「フリーズゲーム」。高く手を伸ばしたり、その場で行進したり、ぴょんぴょん跳ねたり、体をくねくね動かしたりしながら、“Freeze!” の合図をよく聞きます。ぴたっと止まるのも楽しく、みんなすぐに集中してゲームに入ることができました。

次は「ミッションゲーム」。3つのグループに分かれて、それぞれミッションに挑戦しました。「赤いものをタッチしよう🔴」「登れるものをタッチしよう🧗」など、園庭の中を探しながら楽しく動き回りました。

そして最後は大きなゲーム「リレーミッション」！ 3チームでコースを競争しました。砂場まで走ってジャンプ、ブランコを3回こぐ、階段をのぼって小さなすべり台をすべる、うんていにぶら下がる、そしてゴールまでダッシュ！ 大きな声援があちこちから聞こえ、みんなでお友だちを応援しました。年長さんがこの一年でたくさんの英語やゲームを楽しみながら学んできたことを感じられる、とても素晴らしい時間でした。

英語あそびの一年間、本当にありがとうございました。小学校でも元気に学校生活を送りながら、これからも英語を楽しんでくださいね！👋
