Good afternoon everyone!

 

I hope everyone had a wonderful Golden Week!

 

Today was the English game of the youngest class  Elephant. I was able to enjoy learning about days of the week and animals. We sang several songs and everyone tried their hardest to join in with the words and actions – what a great start!

 

Our theme for the month is animals and today we learned the names of six we can see in Hiroshima: `dog`, `cat`, `duck`, `pig`, `rooster` and `elephant`. In our song we could hear the noises they make, so let`s listen out for them at a farm or at the zoo! Following the song we played a simple game where everyone got a chance to play. Let`s all play again next week!

皆さん、こんにちは！

ゴールデンウィークはいかがお過ごしでしたか？

今日は、最年少クラスの Elephant クラスの英語あそびでした。曜日や動物について楽しく学ぶことができました。たくさんの歌を歌い、みんな一生懸命に言葉や動きに挑戦してくれました。とても素晴らしいスタートになりました！

今月のテーマは「動物」です。今日は広島で見ることのできる6種類の動物、「dog（いぬ）」「cat（ねこ）」「duck（あひる）」「pig（ぶた）」「rooster（おんどり）」「elephant（ぞう）」を学びました。歌の中では、それぞれの動物の鳴き声も聞きましたね。ぜひ牧場や動物園でも耳をすませてみてください！

歌の後には、みんなが順番に参加できる簡単なゲームもしました。来週もまた一緒に遊びましょう！
