Good afternoon everyone!

 

The bees have certainly been buzzing about a lot this summer and we even found some in the classroom today! Everyone in 年少 got the chance to buzz up high, low, fast, slow and to the left and right too. Using our own bees we got the chance to move around the room and copy the actions I called out to the class. It was great to see everyone using the vocabulary we learned in our summer song!

 

Today was the last day of English in term one, but I am so pleased to see that everyone has taken on the challenges presented to them. We have learned so much in such a short space of time! When the second term begins I am certain we will make even more progress – there are so many fun things to learn about through English!

皆さん、こんにちは！

 

この夏はミツバチが元気に飛び回っていますね。実は今日、英語教室にも何匹かやって来ました！年少クラスのみんなは、それぞれ自分のミツバチを持って、高く、低く、速く、ゆっくり、そして右や左へと自由に飛ばして遊びました。教室の中を動き回りながら、私の言う動きをまねして活動し、今月の夏の歌で覚えた英語を楽しく使うことができました。

 

今日は1学期最後の英語レッスンでした。この数か月間、みんなが新しいことに一生懸命挑戦してくれたことを、とても嬉しく思っています。短い期間でしたが、本当にたくさんのことを学ぶことができました！

 

2学期が始まったら、きっともっとたくさんの英語を覚えて、大きく成長してくれることでしょう。英語を通して学べる楽しいことが、まだまだたくさん待っています！
