Nen-cho’s English Play was all about new new new. New song, new game, new English words! This month is about animals🐯🦁🐸🐵🐍🐘 We started off learning the animals in our new song “Walking in the Jungle.” Everyone had a lot of fun doing each movement and imitating the different animals. We continued learning different jungle animals and had fun doing their imitations. Next Nen-cho levelled up and practiced using full sentences, not just words to be able to speak English cool😎 They used these sentences to answer which animal’s sound they heard. It was an Animal Cry game🥳 Each class really enjoyed hearing real animals sounds and celebrated a lot when they guessed correctly! Some could even tell the difference between a lion and tiger roar; so cool! Everyone guessed and used the new English phrase so well we played a second game; Animal Relay. Alyssa-sensei did an animal impersonation and, in twos, Nen-cho would race to the correct animal then say “It’s a OO.” So much confidence! 年長組の英語あそびは、新しいこと、新しいこと、新しいことばかりでした。新しい歌、新しいゲーム、新しい英語の単語！今月は動物がテーマです🐯🦁🐸🐵🐍🐘まずは、新しい歌「Walking in the Jungle」に出てくる動物たちを学びで、みんなさんがそれぞれの動きをしたり、様々な動物の真似をしたりして、とても楽しかったです。私たちは続けて、ジャングルの様々な動物たちを学び、その真似を楽しみました。次に、年長組はレベルアップし、単語だけでなく、文章を使って、かっこよく😎英語を話せるように練習しました。年長たちがどの動物の鳴き声が聞こえたかを答えるために、これらの文章を使いました。動物の鳴き声ゲームでした🥳各クラスは本物の動物の鳴き声を聞くのをとても楽しみ、正解した時は大喜びでした！中にはライオンとトラの鳴き声の違いがわかる子もいて、とても素敵でした！みんなさんが新しい英語のフレーズを上手に推測して使ったので、2つ目のゲーム「動物リレー」をしました。アリサ先生が動物の真似をし、クラスは2人1組になって、正解の動物まで走り、「It’s a OO.（それはOOだよ）」と言いました。すごく自信がある！大好き！😆
